ICTAgent Release

We are pleased to announce the release of ICTAgent, a Chrome extension, this extension will embed WebRTC based VoIP Phone in the browser which will remain connected to the main server, and will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, transfer calls, sending DTMF as well as sending Fax. It can harvest contacts from random pages. The agent can access contents, contacts from a single application. The browser can automatically fetch the required URL depending on the course of the call. Automatic URL will eliminate any delay which agent take while searching and finding desired data.

User can click on any number on the webpage and this will present the user with 2 options i.e either they want to connect with them through

• Fax
