Installation and deployment packages
Fixed price installs, done by the people who build the software. Each one covers a clean deployment on your server, the dependencies it needs, and a working system you can log into at the end. Prices are one-time and in US dollars.
Community edition installs
ICTFax Community Edition
The ICTFax open source licence is free. This is the setup: FreeSWITCH, ICTCore and the ICTFax web interface installed and talking to each other, with T.38 fax working against your trunk.
ICTPBX Community Edition
The ICTPBX open source licence is free. This is the setup service: FreeSWITCH, FusionPBX and the ICTPBX interface installed, configured and tested on your server.
ICTDialer
ICTDialer is open source and free to run. This is the install done end to end, including the FreeSWITCH side and a first outbound campaign proved on your own trunk.
ICTCRM
ICTCRM is open source and free to run. We deploy it with the telephony side wired up, so click to call and call logging work rather than sitting there as unconfigured options.
Platform and stack installs
FreeSWITCH or Asterisk
Both are open source. A clean build of either, compiled with the modules you actually need, plus the firewall and SIP settings that keep it off the open internet.
FusionPBX or FreePBX
An open source PBX front end installed on top of the switch, with extensions, trunks and a dialplan that reflects how your calls actually arrive.
Kamailio or OpenSIPS
An open source SIP proxy in front of your switch for load balancing or registration handling. Worth doing once traffic justifies it, and we will say if it does not.
Commercial editions
These are licensed products rather than install services, so they are priced by agent or channel count. The install is included. ICTContact is billed through the ICT Vision portal.
ICTContact Enterprise Edition
Single tenant, priced by agent count from 2 up to 200. Voice, SMS, fax and email campaigns with the AI voice agent built in.
ICTContact Service Provider Edition
Multi tenant, from 20 to 500 agents, for running contact centre as a service to your own customers under your own brand.
Other service provider editions
Multi tenant builds of ICTPBX, ICTCRM and ICTCore for running the platform as a service.
Not sure which you need
If you are weighing a community install against a commercial edition, the deciding factor is usually whether you need multi tenancy, not feature count. Tell us how you plan to use it and we will point at the cheaper option where it fits.
Work that goes beyond a standard install belongs under custom development. Version upgrades and ongoing cover both sit under monitoring and support.
